Done-for-you AI automation
Tell us what repetitive task is eating your time — or which conversation you want automated — and we’ll build, deploy, and run a custom AI agent for you.
Try it now
This is a real Oxyn-built agent, wired to our pricing page, FAQ, and the intake calendar. It runs on the same runtime your agent will.
I’m the Oxyn help agent — I know our pricing, policies, and how onboarding works. Ask me anything, or click a suggestion below.
FROM THE OPERATORS
“Six days from the intake call to a live agent answering customer email. We’ve burned more time on Zapier flows that didn’t work.”
What we build
Pick the one that matches the pain. Both are fully managed — we handle build, hosting, monitoring, and iteration.
You describe the task — we build an agent that runs it on a schedule or a trigger. Think back-office work that never needed a human in the first place.
One client cut invoice-reply work from 6 hrs/week to ~20 min.
A custom AI agent on the channels your customers and team already use. Answers questions, qualifies leads, schedules meetings, triages issues — in your voice.
Hi — my last order didn’t arrive. Order #4821.
I’m sorry — I see #4821 shipped Mon and was scanned at the carrier hub yesterday. I’ve opened a trace and emailed you a replacement ETA. Anything else?
Can you also pause my subscription?
Paused. It resumes on Jun 14, or sooner if you reactivate.
One client deflects 71% of inbound tickets before a human sees them.
The honest comparison
vs. Zapier + GPT
Wiring it yourself works until the prompt drifts, the API key rotates, or a new edge case appears. Then it’s your problem at 2am.
vs. an Upwork dev
You get one agent. We give you the same agent plus the runtime, monitoring, and the person who fixes it on Tuesday.
vs. hiring
A $90k engineer to build one automation. We’re a setup fee and a coffee budget after that.
vs. building it yourself
Two months of engineering time, then it’s a maintenance line item forever. Or — six days.
Where Oxyn wins · You stop owning the prompts, the runtime, and the on-call.
Case study · 24-person creative studio
Every Monday, two account managers spent half a day reconciling invoice questions, dunning emails, and “did you get my payment?” threads. We built one agent that lives in their inbox.
It reads the thread, pulls the invoice from their accounting tool, answers in their voice, and escalates anything it can’t resolve cleanly. The first week, it handled 38 of 42 threads without a human. The fourth week, the team forgot it was there.
We onboarded them in 8 days from intake to live agent. They pay $298/mo on Growth. We’ve shipped two iterations since.
Re: Invoice #4821 — wrong amount?
Hey — the invoice you sent me for May shows $2,400 but our agreement is $1,800. Can you check?
Re: Invoice #4821 — wrong amount?
Hi — you’re right, thanks for catching that. The $600 difference is the late fee from April that we agreed to waive. I’ve issued a corrected invoice (#4821-R) for $1,800. Let me know if anything else looks off.
Re: Payment plan request
Wondering if we can split next month’s into two payments…
Re: Payment plan request
Yes — we can split it 50/50 on the 1st and 15th. I’ve drafted the schedule and forwarded it to Maya for sign-off (she’ll reply directly today).
How it works
A short form — the task, the tools it touches, sample inputs or a Loom.
Starter, Growth, or Scale. Setup fee + monthly, nothing hidden.
You review the agent in your portal, we iterate until it’s right.
Monitored, maintained, and improved. You watch the work disappear.
Pricing
Three tiers, all the way from a single workflow to a dedicated fleet. No per-seat, no per-token surprise bill.
1 automation or 1 agent on 1 channel. ~500 interactions/mo.
Up to 3 workflows, 2 agents across 3 channels. ~5k interactions/mo.
Unlimited workflows and agents. Dedicated infra. ~50k interactions/mo.
FEATURE COMPARISON
The objections
How do you handle data security?
Each agent runs in an isolated runtime per client. Data stays scoped to your tenant — no cross-client embeddings, no training on your traffic. We sign a DPA; SOC 2 Type I is in progress.
What if the agent goes wrong?
Every agent has guardrails and escalation paths. You set the temperature on autonomy — from “draft for human review” to “act and notify me”. We monitor and roll back any deploy that misbehaves.
Can we cancel?
Yes — monthly, no penalty. If we miss our deployment SLA, we refund the setup fee. You keep the agent’s outputs; we wind down the runtime.
Who owns the agent?
You own the IP — the prompts, the integrations, the outputs. We own the runtime that operates it. You can export prompts + config any time.
Does it work with my existing tools?
If it has an API or a webhook, almost certainly. We’ve shipped agents wired into Notion, Linear, Slack, Stripe, QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, custom Postgres, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 — to name a few.
