About Oxyn
We’re operators who got tired
of explaining what an agent is.
We build and run AI agents for small companies that don’t want to hire engineers, learn LangChain, or spend their week babysitting a chatbot. We do the work; you ship the work.
Two of us were running an agency. The other two were running a small SaaS. Both teams spent late 2023 hacking ChatGPT into Slack, into Zapier, into Gmail — trying to automate the dumb parts of our weeks. Every working prototype broke within a month. None of us wanted to become AI engineers; we just wanted the work done.
We started Oxyn for the people in our position — operators with a real business, real workflows, and zero appetite for a six-month “AI transformation”. You don’t need a vision board. You need an agent that answers the invoice emails.
So that’s what we sell: a managed service. We design it, we build it, we host it, we monitor it, and we fix it when it drifts. You pay a setup fee and a flat monthly and the work disappears. We’re not a platform you wrestle with on the weekend. We’re an operator you hire.
“The job isn’t to make AI accessible. The job is to make AI invisible. The customer should know they sent an email and got a reply. The rest is our problem.”
— INTERNAL DOC, OXYN FOUNDERS, JAN 2024
We’re building toward agents that don’t just chat — they invoke tools, run on schedules, and quietly become the front-of-house of the businesses they’re deployed in. The chatbot is the entry point. The work disappears from there.
Principles
Six things we don’t argue about.
Done is the only feature.
An agent that works 95% of the time and breaks at 2am isn’t shipped. The job isn’t the demo; the job is the runtime.
Tell, don’t sell.
We name our competitors. We tell you when you don’t need us. We refund setup fees when we miss the SLA. The brand can’t survive any other way.
Operators, not users.
Our customers are small companies with real P&Ls. They don’t have time for onboarding wizards or community Slacks. Talk to them like adults.
Show the work.
Every agent we ship is inspectable — prompts versioned, logs queryable, runs replayable. “Trust us” is not a tier.
Boring beats novel.
We use the best model that works, not the newest. We pick the simplest architecture, not the most clever. The customer doesn’t care which framework you used.
If it can be a sentence, it’s a sentence.
No tables of feature flags. No engineering deep-dives in marketing copy. No “transformative AI-native paradigms”. Just sentences.

Where we come from
We’ve shipped software before.
Between us — eng at Linear and Notion, AI infra at Anthropic, design at Arc and Figma, CS at Stripe and Vercel. We didn’t learn this by reading Twitter.
Become an operator
You already run an agency. We’ll send you clients.
If you build and run agents for your own clients, you can run them on the Oxyn platform. You get the runtime, the monitoring, and the brand. We send you intake. You keep 70% of the monthly.
We’re picky on purpose. Currently working with operators who’ve shipped at least one production agent and have references.
