What the setup fee covers
We don’t bill hourly. The work is the work.
One number, six things. You know exactly what you’re paying for before the kickoff call.
A 90-min working session: we map the task, list the tools, and write down the success criteria — in writing, signed off before we touch a keyboard.
We draft the prompt architecture, escalation paths, guardrails, and tool inventory. You see version 0 in your portal within 48 hours.
We wire to your real systems with read-write scoped credentials — Gmail, Slack, your CRM, your DB. You approve every scope before it ships.
We run the agent in your sandbox against real historical data. You correct it; we tune. We don’t go live until you say go.
Production handoff — the agent is now answering the email, running the workflow, doing the thing. Monitoring goes on at the same time.
If it misbehaves in the first 30 days, we fix it on our clock. No “out of scope” gotchas.

Billing FAQ
How the money works.
Why a setup fee and a monthly?
Because the work is two shapes: an upfront build that takes real time, and an ongoing runtime that we operate. We could roll it into a higher monthly but it would obscure what you’re paying for. We’d rather you know.
What counts as one “interaction”?
One end-to-end agent run. For a chat agent: one conversation, however many turns. For a workflow: one execution of the pipeline. We err on the side of one-charge-per-job, not one-charge-per-token.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, any time. We pro-rate the monthly to the day of the switch. If you switch tiers within 30 days of setup, we waive the difference in setup fees too.
What if I go over my interaction quota?
We email you at 80%. Above 100%, we charge the overage rate on your tier (see the comparison above). We don’t cut you off; the agent keeps running.
Do you do annual contracts?
Only if you ask. Default is month-to-month. Annual saves you ~17% (one month free) but locks you in — we don’t push it because most operators don’t need it.
What about taxes?
Prices are USD, exclusive of VAT/GST. We invoice with your tax ID; you handle the rest.
